Yes. ShedPros stands behind workmanship and responsible installation. We’ll always explain coverage and expectations clearly. (more about our warranties below)

What causes most long-term shed problems?

Entry Series

ShedPros Custom

Custom designs, HOA-specific styles, and non-standard builds.

• Same construction standards as our Homeowner Series

Why Site Prep Matters (and Why It Affects Warranty)

Sheds fail most often because of poor foundations and drainage, not because of framing.

That’s why we draw a clear line:

When ShedPros Handles Site Prep

If we install the base (gravel pad, foundation, drainage, and water management):

• The base and drainage are warranted

• Warranty term is 10–15 years, set at consultation

• No guessing — if we built it, we stand behind it

When Site Prep Is Done by Others

If site prep or the base is done by someone else:

• Structural warranty is limited to above the subfloor

• No coverage for settlement, drainage, or ground movement

• This protects both you and us from issues we can’t control

Adjustment Period (All Builds)

All ShedPros structures include a 1-Year Adjustment Period, covering:

• Door alignment

• Minor trim movement

• Hardware tuning

• Normal seasonal settling above the subfloor

This is part of our white-glove approach — we expect real structures to move a little, and we tune them.

Doors & Windows

• 3 years parts & labor for installation-related issues

• Labor covered for the full structural term for installation adjustments

• Manufacturer warranties apply to product defects

Maintenance Program (Optional, Strongly Recommended)

Our Maintenance Program is designed to extend the life of your shed — and your warranty.

If enrolled within the first year and kept active:

• Homeowner & Custom structures upgrade to a 25-Year Structural Warranty

• Warranty becomes transferable up to 10 times

• Transfer fees are waived while the plan stays active

This gives us a chance to inspect, clean, and adjust the shed annually — preventing small issues from becoming big ones.

Transferable Warranty

• Warranty is transferable up to 3 times by default

• $250 transfer fee includes a site inspection

• With Maintenance Program: up to 10 transfers, no fees

Transfers never reset the warranty clock — they carry forward responsibly.

What’s Not Covered (High-Level)

Like all professional builders, our warranty does not cover:

• Ground settlement or drainage issues we didn’t create

• Interior condensation or humidity

• Mold or mildew

• Damage from sprinklers or irrigation

• Acts of nature (storms, flooding, fallen trees)

• Normal cosmetic aging

• Contents stored inside the shed

• Modifications or add-ons done by others

Commercial Use

Our sheds are designed for residential accessory use.

If a shed is used primarily for business, rental, or jobsite purposes:

• Warranty coverage is limited to 1 year

• Extended warranty options do not apply

This keeps expectations clear and pricing fair.
