REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all ShedPros contracts unless otherwise stated in writing and signed by ShedPros.

1. Deposits & Payments

Deposits are applied toward costs incurred by ShedPros, including but not limited to scheduling, materials, design work, production capacity, and administrative costs. Deposits are non-refundable to the extent such costs have been incurred once any of the following occur:

  • Materials are ordered or allocated

  • Production, fabrication, or prefabrication begins

  • Site preparation, scheduling, or mobilization commitments are made

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Structures

Most ShedPros structures are custom or semi-custom and built to order. Orders may not be canceled for a full refund once production begins. Any refund issued prior to production is limited to amounts exceeding costs already incurred by ShedPros at the time of cancellation.

3. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

3.1 Prior to Production

ShedPros may issue a partial refund limited to amounts exceeding costs already incurred by ShedPros at the time of cancellation.

3.2 After Production Begins

Once production, fabrication, material procurement, or site mobilization has commenced, no refund is guaranteed.

4. ShedPros-Initiated Cancellation or Delay

ShedPros may cancel or delay a project due to unsafe or unsuitable site conditions, access limitations, permit, zoning, or HOA restrictions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond ShedPros’ reasonable control, including weather or supply chain disruptions.

Delays caused by such events do not entitle the customer to cancellation or refund for work performed or costs incurred.

If ShedPros cancels a project prior to production for reasons not caused by the customer, payments made for unperformed work will be refunded.

5. Site Conditions & Third-Party Issues

Refunds will not be issued for delays or cancellations caused by misrepresented or undisclosed site conditions, third-party interference or work, or HOA, permitting, or zoning restrictions discovered after contract execution.

6. Completed Work

Once a structure has been delivered, installed, placed, or reached substantial completion, no refunds will be issued. Any covered defects are addressed exclusively through the remedies provided in the ShedPros Limited Warranty Terms.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact ShedPros directly to resolve billing disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals may result in suspension of services, withholding of delivery or completion, or suspension of warranty performance until the dispute is resolved, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

9. No Oral Modifications

No oral statements or representations may modify this Policy. Any modification must be in writing and signed by ShedPros.

10. Document Hierarchy

In the event of any conflict, the signed Contract Documents control, followed by the Terms of Service, then this Refund & Cancellation Policy, followed by any marketing materials, advertisements, proposals, website content, social media, brochures, renderings, or verbal statements, which are informational only and non-binding .
